Manager Emma coordinates all guest requests, from arranging a motorbike delivery to the villa to setting up a BBQ with high-quality charcoal. Cleaning of the villa and pool happens every other day, with staff arriving almost immediately upon request. Guests pay a 2000 THB security deposit and electricity is charged at 6 THB per kW.

The villas sit in Rawai Beach, 5 km from Chalong Pier and 44 km from Phuket International Airport. Scuba diving and cycling are available nearby, and a paid airport shuttle service is offered. A 10-15 minute walk reaches 7/11 and Lotus supermarkets.
